I captured this image as Casperson Beach in Venice, Florida. It is south of Sarasota, Florida. The sun was setting creating rays of sunlight as the waves came splashing onto the shoreline.

There is something fulfilling about capturing a moment in time�particularly as the sun makes its first or last appearance.
