Artist's Description
I was following a friend, his advice, and direction when we trekked to this small waterfall deep in the forest. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed to see it after traveling for 45 minutes thru a humid and hot terrain. With my water running low I sat down and just dwelled in my own anger for not doing more research myself and waisting so much energy with little payoff in return. However, after about ten minutes the wind kicked up, leaves started to fall just as if it was snowing. I had my epiphany and realized this was not a seen to be missed. I proceded to photograph the changing light as it danced upon the leaves and the small waterfall. The result was a truly wonderful event that I am happy not to have missed.
