Horseshoe Bend is portion of the Colorado river just outside of the town of Page in Arizona. The color of the rocks, cliffs and sand will change thoughout the day depending upon where the sun is located in the sky. In the distance are the Paria Plateau and Vermillion Cliffs. This photograph was taken at sunset looking down 1000 feet of the cliff at the colorado river.
